We have two PhD positions open for applications. The successful candidates will work on the following projects:

1. Nanopore sequencing data analysis in single cell DNA sequencing, like the sequencing for circulating tumor cells (CTCs).
2. Method development for DNA/RNA modification finding using nanopore sequencing.

The basic requirements for the candidates are:

1. A bachelor/master degree on bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, statistics, or related fields.
2. Knowing at least one program language, like Python, R, Javascript, Rust or C++.
