We have PhD positions open for applications. The successful candidates will work on the following projects:

1. Genetics related research on hybrid incompatibility between C. briggsae and C. nigoni.
2. Method development for DNA/RNA modification finding using nanopore sequencing.

The basic requirements for the candidates are:

Dry lab:

1. A bachelor/master degree on bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, statistics, or related fields.
2. Knowing at least one program language, like Python, R, Javascript, Rust or C++.

Wet lab:

1. Know basic worm handling, like worm injection, screening and maintaining.
